These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of giterdonetowing.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Git-Er-Done Towing & Recovery (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services we provide

We provide towing, roadside assistance, winching, lockout, tire-change, jump-start, wheel-lift, and related vehicle-recovery services across Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Florida. Long-distance and out-of-area service is handled on a case-by-case basis — call us and we’ll let you know.

Quotes and pricing

Any price quoted via the Site, phone, text, or email is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual road conditions, vehicle condition, distance traveled, additional on-scene time, after-hours and holiday surcharges, special equipment required, and other factors disclosed before the work is performed. We’ll tell you the final price before we start the job.

Communications

By submitting our quote form or otherwise contacting us, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your vehicle, your location, and the situation.
• Be reachable at the phone number you provide.
• Pay the agreed-upon price at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• Comply with applicable laws while waiting for us and during the service.

Insurance & roadside partners

If your request is initiated through GEICO, Agero, Allstate Roadside, or another roadside provider, the terms of your agreement with that provider also apply, and their authorization, pricing, and coverage rules may take precedence.

Liability

We perform our work with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome or timing. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, items left inside the vehicle, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, road closures, etc.).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
